As a husband, a father of four and a CEO of companies over the past 10 years, I realized that what happens in my personal life and at home, does not necessarily remain personal or at home, but sometimes finds its way into the company or to my family.
We often need direction, help or just an objective soundboard on a personal level in order to navigate our day to day, be it work, family or friends.
How do I juggle daily life and still be focused on that which has real value to me? Is what I do worth it? Who am I? How do I align the true me with what I do daily at work? What am I supposed to walk out on this earth? I feel seperated from my family, how do I narrow the gap given my workload?
In life coaching, the focus is You – the person, the individual, not what you do or your persona at work, but who you truly are and who you want to be in the future.
